Military
Coming from a military family and as a former navy man, the next logical step for me as the director of Canaima Pty Ltd, was to use my background knowledge and expertise to get involved in military equipment sales. Although our first delivery of military equipment happened in 2010 in North Africa, we only officially started Canaima Military in 2012. We partnered with the manufacturers of TACTEX to create ballistic and tactical gear that is fully compliant with NIJ standards. We now supply a diverse range of products applicable to all areas of life and the military.
We can supply Ballistic Vests and riot gear for different levels of protection for military or civil conflict. All our products fully comply with the NIJ standards and are regularly tested in certified laboratories. Our tactical gear is extremely versatile, of the highest international standard and cost effective
Recent global events have prompted the need for tactical gear to be integrated into civilian life. We bring military protection into civilian life. It is clear that we are currently going through a period in history in which military style weapons are used against civilians. We supply bulletproof backpacks suitable for children and adults, as well as bullet proof briefcases that can create a protective barrier between you and an assailant, at the push of a button We can also supply bullet proof undershirts (singlets) and stab and bullet proof suits.
We currently have contracts in Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Italy and Taiwan. With the collaboration of a military engineering company in Australia, we are currently developing shipping ammunition containers for the United Arab Emirates.
Canaima military has its main office in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, with satelite offices in Monterey Mexico, China and Taiwan.
